Oksana Klimashkina is a salsa dancer, choreographer, instructor, and team director based in Mountain View, San Jose, California. Originally from Moscow, Russia, she began her dance and music education at the age of six through ballet and music school before expanding into ballroom dance and Latin styles.
At nineteen, Oksana discovered salsa and quickly developed a passion for Afro-Cuban movement, LA-style Salsa, and eventually Mambo (New York On2). After moving to the United States in 2015, she continued her professional training and graduated from Broadway Dance School in 2018 with a degree in Modern Theatre.

Known for her precise body movement, clean technique, musicality, and dynamic ladies styling, Oksana blends mambo with influences from Afro-Cuban, jazz, contemporary, and heels dance to create powerful and expressive choreography.
Since 2018, she has taught and coached dancers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, teaching at studios such as Volare Dance Studio and Dance Boulevard. She founded Mambo Flames, has led ladies performance teams since 2019, previously directed Empire Mambo SF, and currently directs Mambo Dolls.
Oksana has choreographed and performed at major salsa events, including the San Francisco SBK Congress, festivals throughout California, and events in Las Vegas. Through classes, workshops, private coaching, and performance training, she is dedicated to helping dancers build confidence, technique, and a deeper connection to music and movement
